With vertical construction well underway, the Altura Bayshore luxury condominium tower is opening a spectacular sales gallery at 3106 W. Bay to Bay that features a full-scale model of the tower, a model bath, model kitchen and fixture selections, all staffed with agents from the exclusive real estate broker Smith & Associates Real Estate.

The gallery previously operated at the site of the Altura tower and was relocated recently to Bay to Bay Boulevard to make way for construction. The 2,300-square-foot gallery features immersive virtual reality software that lets buyers choose and experience their particular residence, plus a full-size model kitchen with a compliment of the standard Thermador appliances and luxurious cabinet packages offered. In addition, a full-size bathroom with marble vanities and soaking tub is available to walk through.

“The Altura gallery is a wonderful place for our buyers to come and experience a preview of all the amazing features, amenities and views they will enjoy here,” said The Ronto Group Owner Anthony Solomon. “The Altura location provides our residents with so much to offer in South Tampa; just steps from Bayshore Boulevard, with wonderful restaurants, shops, cafes and more – all close enough for easy access to downtown, while also enjoying privacy and wonderful water views.”

With strong interest in the tower, several floors have only a few residences left. Construction crews are now significantly underway on the main condo tower, assembling structural walls, concrete pillars and a private parking garage for owners.

Altura Bayshore will be a dramatic, new 23-story tower overlooking Tampa’s Bayshore Boulevard, with residences ranging from $1,749,000 to $3,895,000 for the various homes spanning 2,176 to 3,575 square feet – each one reached via a private elevator foyer.

Altura Bayshore, in particular, offers “thru” floorplans that include window and balcony views on both sides of the building – if not three sides – so residents can see sunrises to the east and sunsets to the west. The first three levels of the tower boast a private lobby, reception area, and welcome concierge desk. An access-controlled, resident-only parking garage provides privacy and security, as well as electric vehicle charging options. The condominium owners will have a 4th level owner-only amenity deck that includes a dog park, pickleball courts, bocce courts, outdoor pavilion, bar and other popular features such as guest suites and fitness room for the exclusive use of condominium owners.

Altura Bayshore is the sole tower in the Bayshore area with a one-of-a-kind rooftop tower experience, complete with a pool with lap lane, rows of cabanas and lounges, outdoor bar, and a Clubroom with fireplace, bar, large seating areas and a sunset terrace on the west side of the roof.

Altura Bayshore’s sales progress reflects the especially strong real estate market, with particular demand among buyers for high-quality, luxury properties along Florida’s Gulf Coast. For example, The Ronto Group’s Infinity tower in Bonita Springs has logged $122 million in sales. Additionally, The Ronto Group recently announced two ultra-luxury hotel-branded condominium towers in partnership with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. Rosewood Residences Lido Key will rise just steps from St. Armands circle on the beach in Lido Key, Sarasota. Rosewood Residences Naples will be built in the heart of downtown Naples on the Gulf of Mexico with five acres and almost 500 feet of beachfront.

Davis Beach, there are miles of white sand shores to enjoy the Florida sun. If you’re headed to the beaches in South Tampa, here are the Top Five Items You Should Bring.

Lounge Chairs and Umbrellas

There’s nothing better than soaking up the summer sun and digging your feet into the sugar sand at the beach. When headed to the beach, be sure to bring a lounge chair so that you can sit comfortably and an umbrella for a little extra shade.

Sunscreen

If you’ve been up north all winter, and are not used to the sun, be sure to pack enough sunscreen to get you through the day. If you’re planning on swimming, bring water-proof sunscreen to ensure skin safety.

The average temperature in South Tampa is 71°F in the winter months and 86°F in the summer, meaning you get to enjoy the tropical weather all year long. Not to mention, Tampa sees about 246 sunny days a year, so you’ll rarely miss a beach day because of the weather.

A day at the beach would be incomplete without packing a cooler. When headed to the shores of your favorite South Tampa beaches, make sure you pack your favorite tropical drinks, plenty of water, and all your favorite snacks. Whether it’s fresh watermelon or a homemade sandwich, don’t forget a full cooler so you spend the entire day in the sand.

As you pack your cooler, we’d encourage you to consider reusable water bottles thereby doing your part to protect the pristine South Tampa shores and wildlife.

Beach Attire

Whether you’re on vacation or a regular beachgoer. everyone needs a go-to beach outfit. When preparing for a day on the beach, don’t forget to bring your sunglasses to enjoy the views, a sunhat to stay cool, a swimsuit to enjoy the refreshing water and a towel to dry off with.
